Welcome to Nextgen Web & Mobile Solutions LLC. By accessing our website or engaging our web and mobile application design and development services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Nextgen Web & Mobile Solutions LLC provides web and mobile application services including but not limited to product discovery, UI/UX design, custom development, systems integration, and ongoing support and maintenance. Specific deliverables are outlined in your service agreement.

2. Payments & Timelines

Payment terms for development projects and support retainers are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Project start dates, milestones, and delivery timelines are subject to the receipt of necessary assets, approvals, and payments.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and timely access to any systems, code repositories, application stores, hosting environments, analytics accounts, and other resources necessary for us to perform the services.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, application code, design assets, and other deliverables produced by Nextgen Web & Mobile Solutions LLC for your projects become your property upon full payment, excluding any third‑party or pre‑existing components used under their respective licenses.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice, subject to the specific terms of your contract.
